THIS INCLUDES MODULES, RECEIVING CARDS, SCAN CARDS, POWER SUPPLIES, MODULE CABLES AND HARNESSES, TABLE PARTS AND ANYTHING PHYSICALLY ATTACHED TO THE DISPLAY. ALL OTHER AV EQUIPMENT NEEDS PLEASE SEE MARKET MANAGER OR FIELD OPS MANAGER FOR ESCALATION.

There are NEW links for RMA and Parts Request Forms.  Please only utilize these new links as they have been streamlined and will be rolling up into a separate dashboard.  These links are not optional and must be completed in their entirety for overall workflow improvement, prioritization, and proper tracking.

FOR FIELD REPAIR AND PARTS NEEDS: RMA REQUEST

  1. Please complete the linked form above as comprehensively as possible. Multiple product models can be returned together, but please submit separate forms for products from multiple venues or manufacturers. Venue, product, and fault details help our RMA team repair and return your defective parts faster.
  2. On completion of the form, please wait for the ANC Repair team to provide you a RMA number. This will be provided in the Slack parts channel.
  3. Once RMA number has been issued, please write the number in a prominent location on each box of parts returned and ship to the following address at your earliest convenience:
